Terms of Use

By using ExamPulse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. ExamPulse is operated by Cybex Innovation ("we", "us"); "the service" means the ExamPulse website and the ExamPulse apps for Android and iOS.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use it with your parent or guardian's knowledge. One person, one account.

Your account

• Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. Keep that code to yourself — anyone with it can enter your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, as described below.

Accuracy — read this one

ExamPulse summarises news using automated tools. We work hard to keep it accurate and every entry is written only from its source article, but we do not guarantee that any fact, figure, date or question is correct or current.

The service is study support, not an authority. It is not a substitute for official notifications, government publications or your own reading. Verify anything that matters against a primary source. We are not responsible for examination outcomes.

Found a mistake? Tell us — corrections are genuinely welcome and we act on them.

What you may do

Read, take quizzes, and use the material for your own exam preparation, including printing or noting it for personal study. That is what it is for.

What you may not do

• Scrape or bulk-extract the content, by any automated means.
• Republish our compilations — as an app, website, channel, PDF, or paid material — whether or not you credit us.
• Attempt to reach the service other than through the official app or website, or to bypass rate limits, sign-in or app verification.
• Share, sell or rent your account.
• Submit anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading through the feedback form.

We monitor for automated extraction and may suspend accounts or devices without notice where we detect it. We also place identifiable markers in our compilations, which lets us establish when material has been copied.

Our content and yours

The compilations, questions, explanations, design and branding are ours. Underlying news facts are not owned by anyone, but our particular selection, wording and arrangement of them is protected.

Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation or payment. Do not send anything confidential through the feedback form.

Third-party sources

Our entries are derived from publicly published news. We do not reproduce full articles, and we do not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by the outlets involved. If you are a publisher with a concern about our use of your material, write to info@cybexinnovation.com and we will respond promptly.

Availability

We aim to publish daily, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that content will appear on any given day. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Cost

ExamPulse is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features we will say so clearly before you are asked for anything, and existing free access will not be withdrawn without notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination results, lost opportunities or lost study time arising from errors, omissions or unavailability.

App stores

The mobile apps are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those stores are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or for support. Their own terms also apply to your download.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, particularly bulk extraction or republication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
